What Our Sessions Are Like
Each session is a gentle, prayerful space rooted in compassion, presence, and trust in the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Our time together often includes attentive listening, prayer, and room for the Holy Spirit to guide and reveal what the Lord desires to bring into the light.
At times, we may uncover hidden beliefs or long-held patterns — and invite God’s truth, healing, and freedom into those places.
We will take gentle next steps with wisdom and discernment, following where the Lord leads.
You will leave feeling seen, heard, held — and reminded of how deeply loved you are by Him.
What to Expect
You’re welcome to begin with a short Discovery Call — a gentle, no-pressure space to connect, ask questions, and prayerfully discern whether coaching feels like the right next step for you.
If you already feel ready, you may book a 60-minute private session directly.
Sessions are held online via Google Meet, or by phone through WhatsApp.
We open in prayer, make space for the Holy Spirit to lead our conversation, and close with gentle next steps to carry into your week..
